4-17-08: Here at school, we're finishing things up for the school year, and also for the fiscal year for HyperSong. What that means for you is that things are going rather slowly. Stay tuned.
4-6-08: Long time no update! After a crazy trip to New York City, I'm back on schedule. A couple of small things to report...I'm planning on doing a new layout of the front page of the site, to incorporate all of the stories that are being used by HSM currently (it's so hard to not say "points," dang LRPLI). Makani is still going through beta testing. Our super-secret project, Project Palmer, is now in the planning stages!
Also, an official announcement will be made sometime soon, probably on the SoundClick site, but La vida de Yanpeg is officially getting a second season, with ten brand-new five minute episodes! (As of this writing, the first has been officially produced!) Therefore, Yanpeg will be the next HyperSong story to get its own page, followed by CyberLight (which surprisingly has its parallels with NekoChiyo2's Rosensteal...). With all this radioplay activity, one wonders...how soon will it be before HyperSong comes up with their newest radioplay idea?
Another thing: because of the busy school schedule, and the fact that if I want to stay here, I need to get good grades and do well in school, animation on the Little White Box will be at a standstill until summer. (Though once I'm home for summer, production will greatly increase.)
Hokay, that ended up being longer than expected...Keep your eyes out for a Yanpeg page, coming soon!
3-18-08: There are definitely some things going on with HSM behind the scenes that you're not seeing. "Project Palmer" is still a huge go, but to those who want to figure out a little bit of it before hand, you might find out some really cool things about the series. Who's playing who? Is it an anime? A story? What's going to happen? Who knows? Only I do, and one other person -- oops! You probably weren't supposed to hear that! But anyway, this page has been updated with a few pictures of the IRL me...lucky you and my ugly mug...showing off what I do best, IMHO. More details on the Maristar Project and Makani pages will be up soon. And I'm excited, because Makani is going through beta testing! Can anybody say "yay?"
3-9-08: Pages for "Pictures of Makani" and "The Maristar Project" were added (though they don't have any information on them), and "Installation" was added to the information page.
2-29-08: Happy Leap Day! Some of the logos on the front page were updated; the character page for the Little White Box was updated, and the availability page was added.
2-20-08: The website is getting more updated; you just can't see it. Being a music major kind of has its perks; free time is not one of them. The LWB page is still up; more information will be up soon.
2-4-08: If you haven't noticed by now, you can reach the "Little White Box" website by clicking on the logo on the front page. Unfortunately, the character and availability pages are still not up to snuff, as they will be soon hopefully. Front pages for the other chosen seven stories are in the works.
1-6-08: Warning: rant ahead.
For some, the journey is easy. They are the ones that are sure of themselves from the beginning. They're the ones who are secure. Insecurity. I think it's one of my biggest flaws. One person says that they don't understand why I do what I do and I fall instantly. Alone, I am a person of integrity, and even in front of most people, I can stand up for what I believe in. HyperSong, however, has always been a touchy issue. It's on days like today when I don't understand sometimes why I do what I do, other than I really don't have any other way of doing it. For me, HyperSong is it. It's become my reason for living, and part of me wonders if God will take it all away again, just to serve Him. I'm insecure with myself. I'm insecure with my work. I never think it's good enough and I'm not sure how I can make it better in the eyes of others. I only do what I can with what I have been given, but what if that is not enough? Am I merely doing this for popularity? No...I think I would do this even if it weren't a popularity contest. It's just part of me. And that is the part that some people will never understand.
OK, sorry I got all pessimistic on you all...so last night I went ahead and started on the new design for this website. I'd really like to lay the organizational groundwork first, so as you stop by you can see more and more things starting to pop up. The info page will be revamped more in the next few days, and then the OTCA will be moved -- fully -- onto this site. That's going to take a while.
